1. Acceptance
By using Drone Pro Tools, you agree to this addendum, the company Terms of Service, and our Privacy addendum (together with the company Privacy Policy).
2. What you get
Free tools for drone entrepreneurs, which may include a Business Name Generator, Profit Calculator, and other utilities we add (some may appear on staging before production). Tools are educational and informational only. They are not legal, tax, financial, or aviation advice.
3. Acceptable use
Use the Site lawfully. Do not abuse APIs or rate limits, scrape aggressively, reverse engineer the tools, submit deceptive lead data, or use outputs in a way that infringes others’ trademarks or rights.
4. Tool-specific terms
Business Name Generator
- Names are AI-generated and filtered for .com availability at check time.
- Availability can change before you register. Listing is not a promise you can register or legally use the name.
- You must clear trademarks and business-name rules yourself.
- Domain checkout happens on third-party registrars under their terms.
Profit Calculator
Outputs are planning estimates from your inputs (or defaults). They are not income guarantees or advice to start a business.
Drone recommendations and affiliates
When a buying quiz or product links are available, matches are based on a curated list and your answers. Prices and kits change. Verify with the seller. Some links may be affiliates, meaning we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
5. Leads and email
Submitting a lead form authorizes CRM storage/tagging and related education and offers from The Drone Boss / Sky Eye Network, as described in the privacy policies. Unsubscribe anytime via email links.
6. Intellectual property
Site design, branding, copy, and software belong to The Drone Boss / Sky Eye Network or licensors. You may use the tools for your own business planning. Do not copy or resell the Site. Company IP rules in the master Terms also apply.
7. Disclaimers and liability
THE SITE AND TOOLS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” We do not warrant accuracy of AI outputs, domain checks, product matches, or revenue estimates.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, The Drone Boss, Damon Darnall, Sky Eye Network, and providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, or goodwill from use of this Site. Total liability for claims about this free Site will not exceed fifty U.S. dollars ($50).
Broader seminar, program, and results disclaimers in the company Terms still apply to those offerings.
8. Drone laws
You are responsible for FAA and other drone laws, including Part 107 for U.S. commercial flying. Nothing here is legal advice. The company Terms’ drone operation and safety section also applies.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update this addendum. The date above will change when we do. Continued use means acceptance. Governing law and venue follow the company Terms (Texas), except where law requires otherwise.
