Privacy Policy
1. What this site does
Drone Pro Tools offers free utilities such as a business name generator, a profit calculator, and (when live) a drone buying quiz. Some tools ask for your name and email. Some use AI, domain lookups, CRM tagging, analytics, and affiliate product links.
2. Information collected on Drone Pro Tools
In addition to the categories in the company Privacy Policy, this site may collect:
- Lead form data: name and email (Business Name Generator; What Drone Should I Buy quiz when enabled)
- Tool inputs: business type, industries, style preferences, location, quiz answers, calculator targets you enter
- Automatic data: IP address, device/browser data, pages viewed, referrers, and similar analytics or ad measurement signals
The Profit Calculator does not require email. Inputs for that tool are used in your browser to show the on-page estimate.
3. How we use it on this site
- Run the tools and return results (including available .com name ideas)
- Create or update your contact in our CRM and tag which tool you used
- Send requested results and related drone business education, offers, and events from The Drone Boss / Sky Eye Network (same email program described in the company policy)
- Measure traffic and marketing performance
- Prevent abuse and improve the tools
4. Processors used by these tools
Depending on the tool, we may use:
- OpenAI (or a similar AI provider) to generate name candidates from the preferences you enter. Avoid putting sensitive personal data in free-text fields.
- Domain / RDAP lookups to check .com availability at generation time
- GoHighLevel / LeadConnector to store contacts and tags from lead forms
- Cloudflare to host and deliver the site
- Registrars and retailers (for example Namecheap, DJI, Amazon) when you click out. Their policies apply on their sites. Some links may be affiliates.
5. Cookies, pixels, and tracking on this site
This site loads analytics and advertising tags used across The Drone Boss marketing stack, which may include Google Analytics / Google Ads, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Microsoft Advertising (Bing UET), LinkedIn Insight Tag, iTracker360, and Sky Eye Network tracking scripts. Details about cookies and similar technologies in the company Privacy Policy apply. You can control cookies in your browser.
6. Email, sharing, security, children, and your rights
For email consent and unsubscribe, sharing limits (we do not sell your list), security, children’s privacy, your access/deletion/opt-out rights, and policy changes, follow the company Privacy Policy. Use the contact below for Drone Pro Tools requests as well.
